Job summary

A leading BPO service provider in Cape Town seeks an experienced Sales Trainer to deliver impactful training and improve the skill sets of new trainees and existing agents. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Learning & Development within the BPO sector, particularly in telecommunications or outbound sales. This role offers the chance to engage with diverse teams and adapt training practices to client needs, ensuring a continuous improvement in training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Learning & Development Sales trainer.
• Familiarity with BPO sector preferable.
• Experience in telecommunications industry is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training according to client curriculum requirements.
• Transfer skills across various campaigns and accounts.
• Conduct Training Needs Identification and report findings.
• Take calls for a minimum of 4 hours each month.
• Coach trainees on observed Knowledge and Skill gaps.
