Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up.

• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.
• Introduce company products or services clearly and persuasively.
• Check if leads meet criteria like budget, need, and timeline.
• Schedule appointments or pass qualified leads to sales representatives.
• Log call results, notes, and lead status in CRM software.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets.
• Handle objections professionally and adjust scripts as needed.
• Follow up with warm leads by phone or email.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude on every call.
• Stay updated on product information, pricing, and promotions.
