Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound cold-calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Qualify leads effectively while ensuring campaign delivery remains on target.
• Build rapport quickly with prospective clients to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive attitude across all campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and well-formatted data using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform quality checks to ensure lead information is accurate and complete.
• Verify company names, job titles, and contact information.
• Utilise lead verification tools to maintain data integrity.
• Update CRM systems with prospect interactions and lead status.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and campaign insights.
• Provide regular updates on campaign progress and individual performance.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Follow established processes to ensure consistent campaign delivery.
