Placements24, a leading management consultancy in Bloemfontein, seeks an experienced Management Consultant focused on Organizational Design and Change Management. You will partner with senior leadership to redesign structures, define new roles, and steer people-centered change across client organizations.

You will design change strategies, develop communication plans, coach leaders, and ensure successful adoption of new operating models.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, MBA, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in organizational design, change management, or organizational development, preferably in a consulting setting.
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ADKAR or Kotter change frameworks.

• Strong understanding of organizational design principles, change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter), and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
• Experience in stakeholder analysis and management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Experience working with clients in the Free State region is a plus.
