Job summary

Red Rocket South Africa (Pty) Ltd seeks an Organisational Design Senior Specialist to support the Senior Rewards & Organisational Design Manager in designing and maintaining our LAUNCH framework.

You will lead day-to-day organisational design analysis, partnering with Directors and Heads of Teams to align structures with strategy, ensuring role clarity and workforce readiness for growth. You will sit on the Job Evaluation Committee, contributing specialist input and governance.

Qualifications

• Conduct job sizing and spans of control analysis.
• Assess role clarity and accountabilities for organisational effectiveness.
• Provide analysis for redeployment options and workforce modelling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job sizing, spans of control analysis, and future-state operating model analysis with recommendations.
• Partner with Directors/Heads of Teams on team design aligned to company strategy.
• Support major transformations, shared services design, restructures and integration.
• Maintain accurate organisational structures, role data and organograms.
• Provide analysis for cost scenarios and workforce planning.
• Assess gaps between roles and teams to improve effectiveness.
• Contribute to post-implementation reviews of changes.
• Assist LAUNCH framework application across teams and keep documentation up to date.
• Provide guidance on complex or non-standard cases.
