• Bachelor's Degree or 3-year diploma or higher.
• Certification in organisational design or related field is an advantage.
• Experience with operating models, spans of control and capability mapping is preferred.
• Experience supporting restructures and transformation programmes is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with organisational design analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain and update organograms and role data.
• Support the LAUNCH framework implementation across teams.
• Provide reporting and analytics on organisational design metrics.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align structure with strategy.
• Support workforce planning and scenario modelling.
• Assist in post-implementation reviews of design changes.
