Surgo Pty Ltd is seeking an Order Management Specialist with German language proficiency to manage the complete order lifecycle. You will apply service management principles and leverage technical know-how to support product development while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in service management or IT roles, at least 1 year in product-related technical work, and an ITIL IV Foundation cert. Strong German (B2-C1) is essential; English (B2) is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in service management or a similar IT role.
• At least 1 year of technical experience related to product development.
• ITIL IV Foundation certification is required.
• Strong customer orientation, multitasking skills, and effective communication.
• Excellent time management and result-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in German at a strong B2-C1 level; English at B2 is a plus.
