Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering or operations management.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process mapping techniques.
• Experience with operations research, simulation, and statistical analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows, supply chains, and logistics to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design and implement efficient facility layouts and material handling systems.
• Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to improve productivity and ergonomics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of engineering solutions.
