The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality with at least 2 years in a management role, strong leadership and financial acumen, and proficiency in hospitality systems and MS

• Minimum 5+ years in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a managerial role at a 5-star lodge/hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest service skills.
• Detail-oriented with financial and operational acumen.
• Proficient in hospitality systems and Microsoft Office.

Leading Private Game Reserve based in the Great Karoo ; is looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager ; to oversee operations across their three luxury camps . The Reserve offers a private luxury safari experience where every guest’s stay is thoughtfully tailored ; combining world-class comfort ; exclusive wildlife encounters and personalized service . Three intimate and authentic lodges provide quality accommodation that celebrates the Karoo’s unique style, traditions and soulfulness . This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences ; managing staff across multiple properties, ensuring operational excellence ; and supporting their sustainability ethos.
