About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee their banking operations in Paarl . This senior role is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day functioning of the branch's operational activities, managing staff, implementing process improvements, and maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance. You will be a key leader in driving operational excellence and contributing to the overall success of the financial institution.
