Placements24 is seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and optimize retail operations across multiple locations in South Africa. The role blends strategic planning with on-site leadership, aiming to boost efficiency, profitability, and brand consistency.

You will lead store managers, supply chain, and marketing teams to implement best practices, monitor KPIs, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic market. Hybrid work flexibility is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in retail operations management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple store locations and driving operational improvements.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain principles, and retail financial metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel regularly as part of a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities
