Job summary

Rightside in Cape Town’s Airport City is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, forecasting, budgeting, and staff management. The role requires strong planning, reliability and excellent communication to meet deadlines and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with other branches, ensure customer and employee satisfaction, and uphold ethical, regulatory standards while delivering results for the Western Cape region.

Qualifications
