You will liaise with 3PLs, carriers, and internal teams, implement inventory systems, and monitor KPIs to ensure timely, cost-effective order fulfillment while fostering a collaborative, data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related operations role.
• Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, and transportation management.
• Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and fulfillment processes.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day logistics and supply chain activities, including warehousing, inventory control, and transportation.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and minimize operational costs.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and suppliers to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Monitor key logistics metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain robust inventory management systems and processes.
• Coordinate order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and discrepancies within the supply chain.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain and logistics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics operations in the Stellenbosch, Western Cape area.
