Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience in operations consulting or process improvement.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to drive change in complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Assess current state operational processes across supply chain, manufacturing, service delivery, and other functions.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, and areas for improvement using lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Design and implement optimized operational frameworks, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Facilitate change management initiatives and ensure buy-in from client stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop and deliver training programs to client personnel on new processes and tools.
