Placements24 is seeking a proactive Operations Consultant to join our client in Richards Bay. You will dig into client operations to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and drive performance improvements across supply chains, manufacturing, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations consulting, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex operational data.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized workflows, lean methodologies, and supply chain solutions.
• Develop and manage project plans for operational improvements, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Train client personnel on new processes and systems, fostering a culture of continuous operational excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on operational KPIs to client management.
