Red Ember Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Finance Manager to lead the finance function across a multi-site environment in Durbanville. You will oversee revenue assurance, settlements, A/R, controls and compliance, while providing financial insights to operational leaders.

The role focuses on process improvements, automation and coaching a high-performing finance team to drive profitability and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee revenue recognition across SA and UK stores and delivery platforms.
• Manage cash, card, partner and merchant settlements with strong controls.
• Lead month-end and year-end close for operations finance functions.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requests and provide documentation.
