Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management or a dedicated continuous improvement role.
• Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certification is a plus).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
