Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus), and other operational excellence frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current operational processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop and implement strategies for process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Lead cross-functional teams through change initiatives, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and successful adoption.
• Measure and report on the impact of implemented improvements, demonstrating value to the client.
