Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of continuous improvement programs using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.

• Train and mentor staff on operational excellence tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or quality management.
• Certified Lean or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
