Placements24 is seeking a proactive Management Consultant specializing in Operations to join a Welkom-based practice. You will analyze current processes, design optimized workflows, and implement improvements with measurable impact.

The role emphasizes lean thinking, data-driven recommendations, and stakeholder engagement. You will develop KPIs, train teams, and support adoption of new operating models across clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and modeling to support recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks and areas for efficiency gains.
• Design and implement optimized processes, systems, and organizational structures.
• Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance management frameworks.
• Support clients in the execution of operational improvement initiatives, ensuring successful adoption.
• Conduct feasibility studies and business case development for operational changes.
• Train client personnel on new processes and best practices.
