Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Management Consultant specializing in Operations to support Rustenburg businesses. You will analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and design lean, data-driven solutions to boost productivity and reduce costs.

You will partner with operations leaders to implement change, map value streams, and monitor performance across supply chains, manufacturing, and service delivery to ensure sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with operations teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational procedures, identifying bottlenecks and areas for optimization in client businesses.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize data analytics and process mapping to design and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with operational teams to manage the implementation of new processes and systems.
• Provide ongoing support and performance monitoring to ensure sustained improvements in North West.
