Placements24 is recruiting a Management Consultant specializing in Operations & Supply Chain to join our client in Vereeniging. You will help clients optimize operational performance, supply chains, and logistics networks, identifying inefficiencies and designing practical solutions that cut costs and boost customer satisfaction.

You will analyse current processes, develop strategies for optimization, implement lean initiatives, and support demand forecasting and capacity planning with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or consulting in these areas.
• Proven experience with supply chain modeling, process optimization techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with operational teams and management.
• Familiarity with supply chain planning and execution software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes, supply chains, and logistics networks to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies for supply chain optimization, inventory management, and procurement efficiency.
