Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and modeling to support recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
