Job summary

Mediclinic Southern Africa seeks an Operational Ambulance Emergency Assistant to respond to emergency calls and deliver intermediate medical care in line with scope of practice. This on-site, permanent role supports EMS operations and patient care across our service area.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of EMS experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with HPCSA guidelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is beneficial for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1 year EMS experience required.
• Proficiency in applying best practice in emergency care.
• Knowledge of HPCSA guidelines and scope of practice.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
