Job summary

Ilaunch is seeking a Logistics Controller for an on-site role in the Helderberg Area, Western Cape. The incumbent will support the logistics operations team, handling end-to-end logistics from loading to final destination and coordinating with external service providers.

Ideal candidates have a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics, at least 3 years in a perishable/fruit industry, and strong English and Afrikaans communication.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role within a perishable/fruit or similar industry.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans.

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics functions from loading to final destination.
• Update transport and shipping information to internal stakeholders.
• Monitor vessels and container movements.
• Coordinate information flows with external service providers.
• Generate reports on logistics operations.
