You will be instrumental in creating a positive and interactive online environment for our users, acting as the primary liaison between the organization and its online stakeholders. This position is ideal for a proactive individual who excels in remote collaboration and digital communication, working from anywhere within or outside Mossel Bay .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage online communities across social media, forums, and other digital channels.
• Monitor online conversations, respond to user inquiries, and facilitate discussions in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, articles, and multimedia, to keep the community informed and interested.
• Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates within the online space.
• Analyze community feedback and provide insights to product and marketing teams to inform strategy.
• Manage online reputation and address any issues or conflicts that arise within the community.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Online Community Manager or in a similar digital engagement role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of online communication etiquette.
• Demonstrated ability to build and foster online communities.

• Experience in content creation and moderation.
