About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Community Engagement specialist to lead their online presence. This fully remote role requires a proactive individual to develop and execute social media strategies, foster community interaction, and enhance brand visibility across various platforms. You will be instrumental in crafting engaging content, managing online conversations, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and achieve communication objectives. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape brand voice and community dynamics from anywhere, working with a forward-thinking organization. Although conceptually linked to Mahikeng , this is a remote position, allowing for global talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Create engaging and relevant content, including text, image, and video, for social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, responding promptly and professionally.
• Build and nurture an active and engaged online community around the brand.

Requirements
