AstraZeneca plc in South Africa seeks a Territory Account Specialist to manage oncology accounts in Cape South. You will build trusted partnerships with oncologists and MDTs, plan strategically, and deliver personalised omnichannel engagements across the oncology portfolio.

You will leverage scientific knowledge, customer insights, and commercial acumen to drive access, growth, and meaningful patient impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise resources and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a completed Bachelor Degree in Health Sciences; Life sciences and/or Human Anatomy (e.g., B.Sc, B.Pharm).
• 2-4 years of proven sales experience in a Specialist environment.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Current relationships with Oncologists & MDT in the specified area would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence peers.
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills; strong analytical ability.

• Take full ownership of dedicated oncology accounts across Cape South.
• Develop deep understanding of each account’s needs, priorities and challenges; build long-term partnerships.
• Conduct strategic account planning and tailored omnichannel engagement to create value.
• Leverage insights to drive portfolio growth and improve patient access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address barriers to patient access and ensure coordinated engagement.
