Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Manufacturing and Operations Recruiter to connect industrial clients with top talent in production, operations management, quality control, maintenance and engineering roles. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment, and a proactive market insight mindset.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner with clients to understand production needs and quality standards, ensuring a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on manufacturing/operations.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in production, engineering, quality, and maintenance roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, plant operations, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing and operations roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using industry job boards, associations, and direct outreach.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, experience, and safety awareness.
• Partner with clients to understand operational needs, production cycles, and quality standards.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline in manufacturing and operations.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
