Placements24 seeks a Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Industrial & Manufacturing, based in Mahikeng, North West. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle across production, operations, engineering and management roles, building lasting client relationships in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in Industrial & Manufacturing.
• Proven track record in sourcing and placing skilled trades and operational managers.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Hybrid work experience and ability to balance office and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for industrial and manufacturing roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract skilled trades and technical experts.
• Build partnerships with manufacturers and industrial facilities.
• Assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and safety awareness.
• Drive business development and secure client mandates.
• Provide market insights on trends and salary benchmarks.
• Leverage ATS to manage candidate pipelines.
• Mentor junior staff and share best practices.
• Ensure processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
