Job summary

TFG Limited is seeking an YES Intern: Learning Delivery Consultant for CPT/JHB to support on-site learning initiatives in South Africa. The role focuses on coordinating training programs, developing materials, and facilitating sessions to drive employee development.

The intern will assist in evaluating training effectiveness, communicating initiatives, and maintaining accurate records while staying current with L&D trends to support business growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in HR, teaching or a learning qualification is required.
• Experience in learning and development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs including logistics and participant engagement.
• Develop and enhance training materials.
• Support training sessions, including facilitation and post-training evaluations.
• Communicate learning initiatives to employees and promote participation.
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve learning programs.
• Maintain records of training activities, attendance and evaluations.
• Stay informed about industry trends in learning and development.
• Assist in executing learning and development projects and ad hoc initiatives.
