Job summary

Sasso Consulting (Pty) Ltd in Johannesburg (Sandton) is seeking a Training Content Creator / Learning Materials Developer to join our team. The role focuses on creating, improving and maintaining training materials for adult learners within accredited environments.

You will transform technical information into clear, structured content such as learner guides, facilitator guides, assessments and presentations, working with SMEs and facilitators to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years' relevant experience in training content development, learning material development or instructional design.
• Experience developing training materials is strongly preferred.
• Experience in accredited training environments is advantageous.
• Strong proofreading and editing ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write and edit high-quality training and learning materials.
• Create learner guides, training manuals, workbooks and facilitator guides.
• Develop course notes, lesson content and supporting resources.
• Convert existing information into structured learning material.
