Placements24 is seeking a Site Installation Coordinator to oversee equipment installations at client sites in Kimberley. You will coordinate teams, resources, and schedules, ensuring timely and safe project delivery while liaising with clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installation teams, equipment, and resources for on-site projects.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, installation crews, and company management.
• Ensure all permits, documentation, and safety procedures are in place before work commences.
• Monitor installation progress, identify delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, including daily reports, completion sign-offs, and incident logs.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly.
