You will travel within the Northern Cape, troubleshoot issues, provide basic user training, and hand over documentation to clients. A proactive and customer-focused approach is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Installation Specialist or Field Technician.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
• Strong diagnostic and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation of technical systems and configurations.
• Test, commission and verify performance of installed systems.
• Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues.
• Provide basic training and handover documentation to clients.
• Maintain accurate service reports and follow safety guidelines.
