Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document new industrial processes and systems for agricultural product processing.

• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing processes and develop data-driven solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for process improvements and new equipment installations.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure seamless implementation of process designs.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
• Ensure all process designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in the production environment.
• Stay current with advancements in industrial engineering techniques and simulation technologies.
• Support the training of operational staff on new or modified processes.
