This role requires a CA(SA) or CIMA and a bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, with 7+ years in accounting and 3+ in supervision.

You will guide financial reporting, ERP systems, and Excel-based processes while mentoring staff and ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CA(SA)/CIMA preferred).
• 7+ years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Expertise in financial reporting, management accounting, and SA tax regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software/ERP and Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the accounting department, including staff supervision and development.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and procedures for operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger functions.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, GAAP and regulatory requirements, and manage external audits.
