Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations support, logistics coordination, or a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
• Proven experience in managing operational schedules and logistics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks and project milestones.
• Manage operational logistics, including scheduling of personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of operational activities, equipment usage, and inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental policies, and company procedures.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., maintenance, engineering, safety) to resolve operational issues.
• Assist in the preparation of operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
