About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of field operations related to the Oil & Gas sector. You will lead a team of field technicians and operators, manage resources, and maintain high standards of performance and safety. This hands-on leadership position requires a strong understanding of field processes and a commitment to operational excellence in a demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of field operations personnel.
• Ensure all field activities are conducted in strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies.
• Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage field equipment and resources, ensuring proper maintenance and utilization.

Requirements
