Placements24 is seeking an Operations Administrator for a prominent agricultural enterprise in Paarl, Western Cape. The role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to the farm and operations teams, maintaining accurate crop and production records, and coordinating inventory and logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate will manage invoices, engage with suppliers, and prepare reports for management while ensuring compliance with safety

Formación

• Minimum 3–4 years in an administrative or operational support role.
• Experience in agriculture is advantageous.
• Strong organization and time management, with accuracy in records.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with inventory tools is a plus.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• On-site role in Paarl, Western Cape.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to farm and operations management.
• Maintain records of yields, planting schedules, and harvesting data.
