Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within agriculture.
• Solid understanding of farm operations, agricultural practices and terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for all farm operations.
• Manage and maintain farm records, including planting schedules, harvest yields, inventory, and staff details.
• Coordinate logistics for farm supplies, equipment maintenance, and product distribution.
• Assist with the preparation of operational budgets and track expenses.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for farm management and external partners.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with relevant agricultural regulations and company policies.
• Support the onboarding and management of seasonal or temporary farm staff.
• Maintain organized filing systems for all operational documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities.
