Job summary

Placements24 in Klerksdorp is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives. You will drive adoption of new technologies, optimize digital processes, and enhance customer engagement through digital channels.

The role requires close collaboration with IT, marketing, operations and external vendors. The successful candidate will have 6+ years in project management, experience with software implementations and data analytics, and relevant certifications

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years of project management experience with digital transformation focus.
Experience managing software implementation, data analytics or digital marketing tech projects.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects.
Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and resources with stakeholders.
Manage budgets and track expenses to meet financial objectives.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues with proactive solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, operations, vendors).
Oversee implementation of new digital platforms, tools and processes.
Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor progress and report milestones to senior leadership.
Champion adoption of new digital technologies and practices.
