Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives in Sandton, Gauteng. You will drive adoption of new technologies, optimize digital processes, and foster continuous improvement across the business.

The role requires strong agile expertise, change management, and excellent stakeholder communication to define scopes, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver innovative solutions for competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of project management experience with a focus on digital transformation or innovation projects.
• Experience leading digital tech initiatives (cloud, AI, data analytics, automation).
• Proven proficiency with agile PM methodologies.
• Strong change management knowledge and practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder mgmt.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Utilize Scrum/Kanban to manage workflows and iterations.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among business units, IT, and partners.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Oversee implementation of new digital tools, platforms, and processes.
• Drive change management to ensure adoption of solutions.
• Monitor performance and report status to senior leadership.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
