Placements24 is seeking a Lead Project Manager to drive our digital marketing transformation in Sandton, Gauteng. You will oversee strategic planning and execution of initiatives to enhance digital capabilities, optimize online engagement, and integrate marketing technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in project management with a strong digital marketing background, excellent leadership, and the ability to lead crossfunctional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 6 years of project management experience with digital marketing focus.
Demonstrated success in managing complex digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of digital marketing projects (web redesigns, campaign systems, SEO/SEM).
Manage scope, timelines, resources and budgets for on-time delivery.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, IT and agencies for seamless execution.
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Oversee implementation and integration of new digital marketing technologies.
Track performance with key metrics and report to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
Foster knowledge sharing among teams and stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate and improve digital marketing processes.
