The successful candidate will read blueprints, manage resources, enforce health and safety policies, and maintain site documentation. A trade qualification or construction management certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or Foreman.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with various construction trades and equipment.
• A relevant trade qualification or construction management certificate is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols on the construction site, conducting regular safety toolbox talks.
