Job summary

Placements24 in Centurion is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to supervise daily operations on construction sites in and around Centurion. You will lead a crew, ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget, and manage on-site and off-site tasks including planning, scheduling, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Experience with scheduling and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities of the construction crew, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with site superintendents and project managers on scheduling and material procurement.
• Maintain daily logs of work performed, crew attendance and equipment usage.
• Troubleshoot site issues and provide solutions to keep projects on track.
