Placements24 is seeking a diligent Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at various construction sites in Klerksdorp. This on-site role requires leading a team of workers, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to plans and schedules with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget, reporting deviations.
• Manage delivery and storage of materials and equipment on site.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and site records.
