Responsibilities

• Develop strategic outreach plans to meet community needs.
• Oversee budgeting, resources, and timelines for programs.
• Build relationships with community leaders and gov stakeholders.
• Supervise outreach workers and volunteers, providing guidance.
• Monitor activities and evaluate impact with data-driven reports.
• Prepare progress reports for management and funders.
• Organize community events, workshops, and information sessions.
• Identify funding opportunities and assist grant writing.
• Ensure culturally inclusive program delivery and advocacy.
