Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Social Sciences, Development Studies or Public Administration).
• At least 4 years of program management or community development experience.
• Experience with project lifecycle design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement social impact programs aligned with the organization's mission and strategic goals.
• Identify community needs and develop targeted interventions and projects.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, partners, and beneficiaries.
• Monitor and evaluate program outcomes to inform future strategies.
• Prepare reports on activity, progress and impact for stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at community events and meetings.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for community members and partners.
• Stay abreast of best practices in social development.
• Collaborate with fundraising and communications teams to promote success and funding.
