Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Management Consultant to lead business transformation and change management initiatives in Upington, Northern Cape. The role offers a hybrid model with on-site client engagement and remote collaboration to drive successful change across client organizations.

You will guide readiness assessments, design tailored change plans, and execute initiatives while partnering with leaders to foster adoption of new strategies, processes, or technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or business transformation consulting.
• Proven track record of managing complex change initiatives.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Excellent stakeholder analysis and engagement skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (remote + on-site).

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify barriers.
• Develop change management strategies and plans for client needs.
• Design and implement communication plans for stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on change initiatives.
• Manage resistance to change and address concerns.
• Develop metrics to track progress and impact of change.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change activities.
• Advise leadership on effective change leadership and sponsorship.
• Support implementation of new processes, technologies, or structures.
• Continuously evaluate and refine change approaches based on feedback.
