• Manage food and beverage service, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Act as the main on-site contact for clients and address immediate needs or concerns.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations during events.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and requisitions.
• Train and guide new catering staff on service protocols and standards.
• Manage service timelines to ensure events run smoothly and on schedule.
• Conduct post-event briefings with staff and report feedback to management.
